Data processing on this website

This website automatically collects and stores in its server log files, information that your browser transmits to it. This pertains to:

  • Called-up webpage,
  • Browser type and version,
  • Deployed operating system,
  • Referrer URL (the previously visited webpage),
  • IP address and host name of the accessing computer,
  • Time of the server request.

This data cannot be assigned by us to specific individuals. A merge of this data with other data sources is not performed, the data is moreover deleted after a statistical evaluation.

All information you provide at the time of the sending of the request, is in turn transmitted to us via e-mail from our web server, as well as stored in a log file on the web server. This log file is only evaluated if necessary and moreover automatically deleted, 14 days after the date on which your message was sent. Furthermore, your request is stored in a database, whereby the data thereof is kept on file until the expiry of the applicable statutory retention periods.

For the purposes of the processing of the request, you must thereby enter the following information:

  • Your E-mail adress,
  • Your message,
  • Granted consent for data usage.

  • Postal address,
  • Zip Code,

  • Phone number.

Processing of the data:

We use the data you enter, solely to process your request. For this purpose, the data is exclusively only made available to a limited group of individuals, who have been commissioned with the processing of dealer requests. A transfer of the data to third parties is not automatically effected and if at all only insofar as you have requested further product information material, and this is absolutely necessary for the processing of the request (e.g. transmission of the delivery address to a shipping service provider).

Acquisition of data in server log files

Metadata entailing information about the dispatch of e-mail messages, resulting from your requests, is automatically stored by the web server and deleted at regular intervals. However, in our capacity as the operator of the website, we have no direct influence on the storage or targeted deletion of this data and do not carry out an evaluation of these server log files.

In order to be able to fulfil your wish for a data blocking at any given time, it is for control purposes, necessary to store the data earmarked for blocking in a separate lock file. Insofar as there are no statutory archiving requirements, you can also request the deletion of this data.
